Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tech Vision website, digital publications, membership services, and related features. By creating an account, purchasing a publication, subscribing to an Annual Digital Pass, or otherwise using Tech Vision, you agree to these Terms.

1. About These Terms

Tech Vision is a digital technology publication operated under the AlixionTech Research Institute brand (“Tech Vision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to your use of our website, account services, digital publications, membership services, and other services made available through Tech Vision.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use our paid products or services.

2. About Tech Vision

Tech Vision provides digital publications, research, analysis, and editorial content concerning emerging technologies and industries, including areas such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, photonics, robotics, autonomous systems, computing infrastructure, and related technologies.

Tech Vision publications are distributed digitally. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You may be required to create or sign in to a Tech Vision account in order to purchase publications, subscribe to membership services, access My Library, or use other account-based features.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise make your account available to another person for the purpose of providing unauthorized access to paid Tech Vision content.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Digital Publications

Tech Vision publications are digital products. Publications may be offered in different languages, formats, page sizes, editions, or other variants depending on the publication.

When access to a publication has been validly added to your account, available editions of that publication may be accessed through My Library, subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the Tech Vision service.

The appearance, formatting, available editions, and technical method used to provide access to a publication may change over time, provided that such changes do not materially deprive you of content you have validly acquired, except where required for legal, security, or technical reasons.

5. Individual Issue Purchases

Individual Tech Vision issues may be offered for a one-time purchase at the price displayed before checkout.

After a successful purchase and confirmation of the transaction, the purchased issue will be added to the purchaser’s Tech Vision account and made available through My Library.

Access granted through a valid individual issue purchase does not expire solely because an Annual Digital Pass is later canceled or expires.

An individual issue purchase grants access to the purchased publication for personal use under the license described in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights in the publication.

6. Annual Digital Pass

Tech Vision may offer an Annual Digital Pass as a recurring subscription. The price, billing interval, and benefits applicable to the subscription will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, an active Annual Digital Pass provides access to the current eligible Tech Vision issue at the time the membership begins and to eligible new issues released during the applicable paid membership period.

Issues released before the membership begins are not automatically included unless expressly stated otherwise. Tech Vision may offer members separate discounts or promotional pricing on eligible previous issues. Any such offer is subject to the terms and price displayed at the time of purchase.

When an eligible publication is added to your My Library during a valid paid membership period, access to that publication will remain associated with your account after the membership is canceled or expires. Ending the membership prevents access to future membership benefits but does not, by itself, remove publications already validly added to My Library.

7. Payments and Paddle

Payments for Tech Vision products and subscriptions may be processed through Paddle. Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for transactions processed through its services. The applicable Paddle entity processes the transaction, including payment collection and applicable transaction taxes, in accordance with Paddle’s own buyer terms and policies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Tech Vision remains responsible for making the digital publication or membership benefits available in accordance with these Terms following a valid transaction.

The total price, applicable taxes, currency, billing frequency, and other transaction information presented during checkout will apply to your purchase.

By completing a transaction through Paddle, you may also be subject to Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, and Privacy Notice.

8. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

The Annual Digital Pass is a recurring subscription and will automatically renew for successive subscription periods unless it is canceled before renewal, subject to the terms presented at checkout and applicable law.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges to the payment method used or subsequently provided for the subscription.

You may cancel future automatic renewal through the subscription management options made available to you, including the applicable Paddle customer portal where available.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of cancellation, canceling automatic renewal does not immediately terminate an already paid membership period. Membership access will normally continue until the end of the current paid billing period, after which the subscription will not renew.

Publications already validly added to My Library during the paid membership period will remain accessible after the membership ends, as described in Section 6.

9. Digital Delivery and Access

Tech Vision products are delivered digitally. No physical publication or other physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.

Following successful payment and processing, eligible purchased or membership-included publications are made available through the My Library section of the user’s Tech Vision account.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account credentials associated with your Tech Vision account and for using a reasonably compatible device, browser, and internet connection.

If a successfully purchased publication is not made available to your account because of a technical problem, please contact us so that we can investigate and restore access where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property and License

Unless otherwise stated, Tech Vision publications, articles, written analysis, graphics, layouts, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective rights holders.

A valid purchase or membership entitlement grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable Tech Vision publication for your own personal use.

Your purchase does not grant you ownership of the copyright or any right to commercially reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, publish, or publicly distribute Tech Vision content.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, product names, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not, without appropriate authorization:

  • redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly upload Tech Vision publications;
  • share paid publications or account access for the purpose of allowing unauthorized persons to access paid content;
  • remove or intentionally circumvent access controls or technical protections;
  • use Tech Vision content in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law;
  • use automated systems to obtain paid content in a manner that bypasses ordinary access controls; or
  • misrepresent your authorization to reproduce or distribute Tech Vision content.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, security threats, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

12. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, the terms applicable to the transaction through Paddle, and any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

Digital products and subscription payments may be subject to limitations on refunds after digital access has been provided. However, nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Requests involving duplicate charges, failed delivery, material technical problems, unauthorized transactions, or rights provided by applicable law will be handled in accordance with the applicable circumstances and payment-provider procedures.

13. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may update, maintain, modify, replace, or improve the Tech Vision website, account system, My Library interface, publication formats, infrastructure, or other technical components of the service.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged or that the website will be continuously available without interruption. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security incidents, infrastructure failures, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, we will seek to preserve access to publications that users have validly acquired.

14. Research and Editorial Content

Tech Vision publishes technology and industry research, analysis, commentary, and forward-looking discussion for informational and educational purposes.

Research and editorial content may discuss companies, technologies, industries, markets, products, strategies, technical developments, or possible future scenarios. Such discussion reflects research and analysis based on information available at the relevant time and may become incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate as circumstances change.

References to companies, securities, markets, technologies, or commercial developments are provided as part of technology and industry analysis and should not be interpreted as personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Vision content and services are provided for informational and educational purposes and are made available without a guarantee that all information will always be complete, error-free, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Forward-looking statements, projections, scenarios, technological expectations, and industry analysis involve uncertainty. Actual developments may differ materially from expectations discussed in Tech Vision content.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Vision and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from reliance on editorial analysis, forward-looking commentary, or interruption of the website where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or override mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Depending on your country or region, you may have statutory rights relating to digital content, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, conformity, or other consumer protections that apply regardless of provisions in these Terms.

Transactions processed through Paddle are also subject to the applicable Paddle terms governing the transaction and any mandatory rights applicable to the buyer.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, products, business practices, legal obligations, or technical systems.

When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change affecting an existing subscription or acquired right, we will follow those requirements.
